A modern take on an old classic, our third Heart Of Gold release for Fortune Favours RARE BEER CHALLENGE 2024.
Modern and non-traditional, yet full of heart and history, our Barrel Aged Sour Red fills the room with decadent aromas of Black Doris Plum and Red Grapes, a subtle spice and citrus from the novel yeast blend. You’ll find complex flavours of oak, spice and savoury notes from the barrel addition of Brettanomyces hiding within tart red fruits and a balanced malty sweetness.
